Tom and Amy Hern of
Kingsway Farm are excited to announce that they have entered into a sales agreement with Scott Clawson the owner of Fieldstone
Equestrian and Show Facility (formerly Fieldstone Farm) and will be moving their existing boarding and training business (currently
located in Pembroke, Massachusetts) into its new location at 21 Plymouth Street Halifax, Massachusetts on September 1, 2008.
The partnership between Kingsway and Fieldstone offers a unique synergistic opportunity to operate and manage
New England’s premier equine boarding, training and show facility. Scott Clawson will continue to own and manage Fieldstone
Equestrian and Show Facility’s popular series of horse shows culminating with the Summer Showcase Horse Show August
28-30th and the Massachusetts Hunter Jumper Finals to be held August 31st, 2008. Tom Hern will continue
to act as the horse shows’ course designer and technical coordinator. Kingsway Farm will operate as the sole boarding,
training and sales entity at the facility.
The barn and show grounds are both undergoing an enormous renovation including
miles of brand new fencing, updated footing in the show rings, extensive remodel of the indoor arena and footing and total
renovation of the barn including brand new 12x12 rubber matted, airy stalls, new tack and viewing areas, restrooms and more!
A grand reopening Open House is planned for August 29th during the Fieldstone Summer Showcase Horse
Show. Kingsway and Fieldstone invite you to join them in celebration at the Open House which will run in conjunction with
the inaugural $5000 Puissance Class. Hors D’Oeuvres and refreshments will be served at approximately 4:00PM. For more
